Inno Setup Unpacker 0.42 released

New version of the Inno Setup Unpacker was released.

It contains the following changes:
- Added support for IS 1.3.21 and 1.3.25.
- Experimental support for some custom IS versions.
- Fixed encoding of several entries in reconstructed script.
