Ich use this extensiion recently. I get the innoup_script.iss, but the code section disappeared. How can I call
the innoup to keep the code section in the innoup_script.iss?

You can't get script code from installer file. It is not stored in text form. Compiled code is stored in \embedded\CompiledCode.bin file.
