Just want to let you know, that the problem is solved. I just move the folder that contains the file and innounp files to a higher hierarchy folder, i.e.
➢ From C:\Users\Public\Documents#innounp
➢ To C:#innounp
It is Windows’s limitation on folder path/file name length. So it might be useful as an error message for the next innounp release.

You are probably correct, innounp should handle this situation better and produce more meaningful error message.
