    Hello ..

    Copy mplayer's win32codecs into yout mplayer\codecs\ then, you should edit extensions associasions to play movies
    such as MOV;RAM:RM; in the plugin cpnfiguration window....

    i think in_mplayer doesn't support redirection of ram files.
    when i play them with mplayer , i add the option `-playlist.'

    if you are not busy please add `-playlist' option when ram
    files is not movie file.... and it is more good if i could
    use filters in mplayers (such as
    pp=hb/vb/dr/al/lb,hqdn3d=5:1:2...etc.) this is my request..

    thank you..

    you have to copy the codecs to the windows system folder.
    only then such files will play. the plugin doesn't recognize
    the codecs subfolder.

    I also have had this issue and updating the codecs doesn't
    seem to solve it. I am also curently in thr process of
    trying to compile the source code, and once I get my head
    around that I'll see If I can contribute with an update or
    something. (it's open after all)
