#3 seeking problem

Has trouble seeking to the correct time. Using the
arrows in winamp skips a file 5 seconds forward or
back; using the in_mplayer plugin the skipping is
somewhat random. Sometimes it skips 3 seconds,
sometimes 10, sometimes it skips back a number of
minutes! Playing a VOB file recently I found that if i
pressed the forward button it skipped forward
approximately 5 seconds, if i pressed the backwards
button then it also skipped forwards approximately 5
seconds.

Also if I used the slider bar to force it to a certain
position when playing the VOB then it would simply hang
winamp.
