User reports absolutely nothing happens when clicking
on the 1.5 exe.

Using XP.

Could be a failure to get a hold of pixelformat? this
would give the symptoms found-- fail to create with no
error message. Should consider step logging via applog
to make certain that window gets created.

1.5a took care of the above problem. User now reports that
preview mode works fine, but hangs when switching to render mode
