Interesting, and it confirms my intuitive feeling: 1 and 10 are indeed the
best pair of coins for amounts between 0 and 100 (I think it is safe to
assume that larger amounts won't be "paid" by arrow keys, or will be "paid"
with alt-arrows in zoom-out which will give larger steps).
