When we've hit the pageborder, the low-pass filtering will kick in. The
problem is that it will stay enabled as long as you keep the mouse button
down. I will solve this.

That's at least partly because Inkscape doesn't snap smooth nodes by
default any longer. Please look for that new option on the second tab with
snapping preferences. At least some nodes should snap now, but that might
only have been part of the problem. It still looks like some nodes are
