I'm not familiar with how "milestones" work and what they are, nor with what "string freeze" and similar are, so I'll ask my question and for your indulgence if it's not a "good" question.

In May 2008, I filed a bug which I think is a major annoyance when using 0.46: the bug is https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/227949
and is:

ENTER does not work anymore in transform dialog (but does in 0.45.1).

I was really hoping that the bug would make it in 0.47, but looking at
https://launchpad.net/inkscape/+milestone/0.47 ,
I don't see it in the list.

So, the question is, is that list "closed"? If not, is there a way to make the bug enter in it? Can I "nominate for release" or something? Will that be enough?

(I do understand that asking this is "pushing" the bug, but I also think it's a really important feature that the users have lost, in usability).

Thanks for any answer!
