Summary
- add an AI Novel Factory home page and creation launcher so users can start from a one-line idea or uploaded materials directly in the web UI
- move Stage A bootstrap/import/factory setup into local Studio APIs so project creation, intake normalization, setup-story, outline generation, and first-chapter creation no longer require visible CLI steps
- keep the writer-first writing desk as the destination, with automatic or recovery-safe handoff into the real local workspace after bootstrap
