What happened?

Bug 描述

inkos write rewrite <book-id> <n> 重写指定章节时，会回滚真相文件和状态快照，
但没有更新 story/runtime/manifest.json 中的 lastAppliedChapter 值。

Steps to reproduce

复现步骤

1. 创建新书，正常写几章（如写了第2、3章）
2. 运行 inkos write rewrite <book-id> 1 重写第1章
3. 确认后，rewrite 会删除第1章及之后所有章节
4. 重新运行时，writeNextChapter 计算的章节号却是第4章

Expected behavior

rewrite 应该将 lastAppliedChapter 回滚到 <n -="" 1="">，确保下一章从正确编号开始</n>
