[Injectj-devel] default Mop provider

Hello,

If the Mop provider wasn't found a default initialisation was used now.
The information messages on the console are:

Starting Inject/J v0.4.3-alpha (build 3)...
Can't use class fzi.injectj.access.recoder.RecoderAccess as Meta Object
Protocol Provider!=20
Try to get Recoder as default Meta Object Protocol Provider! ... with
success!
