#14 Show Inject/J script parser errors in Eclipse task pane

If Inject/J spits script parser errors (i.e., a script
contains syntax errors), these errors should be added
to the Eclipse task pane. Furthermore, some additional
user feedback should be given. Right now, error
messages are not handled at all besides a stderr message.
