#44 Modified files are not saved before starting Inject/J

When starting Inject/J from within the Eclipse
workbench, there is no check whether the respective
project's files have been modified (including the
script files) and need thus be saved before starting
the transformation.

When starting Inject/J from the navigator context menu
or from the menu item, all files belonging to the
selected project (navigator menu) or all workspace
files (menu item) should be saved either automatically
or after user interaction.
