#29 Adding autotext, and up/donwloaded dictionaries

These are suggestions for the next release.

I have translated a lot of software, but never find these functionality which gcan be usefull.

1) After a translation, uploading the translation to a central server, for example into a CVS.

2) When application start, check this server and donwloads all the translations did before, as a database.

3) Printing suggestions (like the Words autotext function), if somebody translated the selected item, and was uploaded to the central database.

4) The 3) should be not only word based, but sentence based too.

With these functions, the software will be more suefull.
