#1 Read INI from memory buffer

I'm currently using a virtual file system to store all my
data, and also want to use your inilib to manipulate
the .INI files that store in the v-file system.
Unforuntanetly, inilib can only read from real disk file.

If inilib can read INI information from memory buffer, as
well as write to memory buffer, then it would be much
more useful.
