#17 Should be possible to supply custom parsers to BeanTools.parseSpecialValue()

Would be useful to supply custom parsers to utilize different constructing methods, not only .valueOf(String). E.g. Pattern.Compile(String), Integer.decode(String), new Dimension(int, int), etc.
