SMTP mail?

program assums the php mail funtion and server are configured for mailing i beleave.

we use a different server to handle sending and receaving of mail.

is a great open source class i use.

i maybe missunderstanding the settings for notification, i am getting emails for all the posts, and my settings indacte that sould not be.

Notify me when new tickets are created
Notify me when customers reply to tickets I've handled
