I tried to use New cue point feature but I got this message:
Error encoding thumbnail: 256 ffmpeg -y -ss 90.536 -i /srv/www/htdocs/browse//browse/20130223_18150808_TheCore_TheRecorder_SD_input0_2.mp4 -f mjpeg -vframes 1 -s 160x90 /srv/www/htdocs/browse/thumbs//90.536_2263.4.jpg at /srv/www/cgi-bin/ingex-review/perl/ajaxCall.pl line 258.
and "Encode process not running"
Here are what review.log repport :
Encoding from /browse//TheCore/20130223_21330500_TheCore_TheRecorder_SD_input1_1.mp4 at tc 7.003 to /srv/www/htdocs/browse/thumbs//7.003_175.075.jpg fname: 7.003 frame: 175.075
The url in bold is good.
Feb 23 22:16:12 [INFO] Executing command ffmpeg -y -ss 7.003 -i /srv/www/htdocs/browse//browse/20130223_21330500_TheCore_TheRecorder_SD_input1_1.mp4 -f mjpeg -vframes 1 -s 160x90 /srv/www/htdocs/browse/thumbs//7.003_175.075.jpg
The path in bold is not good . There is an aditionnal /browse/ instead of /TheCore/ . Any idea ?
Here is my review.conf :
# System paths settings
html_root = /srv/www/htdocs/
cgi_root = /srv/www/cgi-bin/
url_root = /ingex/review/
url_browse = /browse/
browse_path = /srv/www/htdocs/browse/
thumbs_path = /srv/www/htdocs/browse/thumbs/
stills_path = /srv/www/htdocs/browse/stills/
mxf_path = /HDD1/video/mxf_online/
What does /srv/www/htdocs/browse link to? (do ls -l in /srv/www/htdocs)
/srv/www/htdocs/browse is linked to /HDD2/browse
Anything I've missed ?
Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong ?
This seems to be a bug with the output path generation. I'll take a look at this and get back to you.
Any progress ?
Did you take a look at this ?
I've taken a look at the code and the 'new cue point' feature was more of a demonstration and as such, never fully implemented. Although it should allow cue points to appear in the review web UI, these will never be persisted back to disk.
I'm afraid there are no plans to do any further work on this feature in the future, so it's probably not much use to you.
Thank you for the answer.
