#19 [TagCloudExplorer] restrict keywork

It will be nice to be able to:

- restrict keyword to the ones from the current folder (and not it's sub-items) ;

- restrict keyword to the ones from the sub-items (and not the one set on the current folder).

Of course, this have to work with any kind of containers (PloneRoot, Folder, ...).
