#406 Can't create bookings that are back to back in diff timezone

With the above patch applied, one cannot make bookings that are back to back with each other in a different timezone.

Let's take California as an example. The current is PDT (GMT - 7) and it will be changed to PST (GMT - 8) at 2 am on 11/7/2010. If I try to create two bookings on 11/6 that are back to back (1 pm to 2 pm and 2 pm to 3pm), it works fine. If I try to create the same two bookings on 11/7, it will complain that a booking is already created at that time when I created the 2 pm booking. Instead, I'll have to make the second booking start 2:05 pm to create it.

The cause of this bug is unknown to me.
