Lors de la création d'une périodicité pour un booking l'heure change en passant par dessus les changements horaires de l'heure d'été vers l'heure d'hiver et vice-versa!
ZODB time stamps are based on UTC time, this time stamps seems to be used to generate periodic sequences of a booking => this generates a one hour lag when crossing the winter-summer time line (or summer-winter time line)
