I have a glossary entry
MIT = Massachusetts Institute of Technology (etc.)

However, "mit" is also a german word meaning "with",
so it is very frequent. There are other
acronyms, which have normal equivalents (because
acronyms are also often made like
form normal words just for the pun).

A boolean flag for glossary entries, if they should
be considered case sensitive or not, would help.
