#198 uploading files via ftp vs web

When uploading files through ftp, it seems not to get
proper "title" value. It results in problems when
trying to download the file later, it download it
always with the exact name "file" (with unknow content
type) instead "filename.ext" with its type.

The same document, uploaded via form web gets the
correct title and it's downloaded correctly
as "filename.ext"
