#193 Attachment file name title and Webdav/FTP

When adding content or files via webdav or ftp, AF
assigns fdopen and application/octet-stream to the name
and file type, for msoffice, pdf files etc. AF1.3rc4
was the last version to correctly identify the file and
type when adding via ftp or webdav. I have tested with
Plone 2.0.4, 2.1.2 ploneExfile 3.1, 3.2 and Archetype
1.3.7.
