#169 Initial model always defaults to Documentation Model

When I create a PloneArticle, initially the model is
set to Documentation Model, the first in the list.

After I go into PloneArticle preferences and restrict
the list of available models, the model is still
initially set to Documentation Model for new articles,
even though it's no longer one of the available models.
