#8 Where to download version 3.1

Dear Info-ZIP project team,

I'm trying to find a ZIP version for encryption with AES256,
but seems on the link (http://sourceforge.net/projects/infozip/files/) the latest version is 3.0 and it supports standard encryption, not AES encryption.
I got that version 3.1 will support AES encryption, could you please suggest if 3.1 is ready?

So far, only internal development code includes AES encryption. I
believe that the plan (hope?) is to release Zip 3.1d (and UnZip 6.10c)
beta kits (with AES) later this summer. (I hope that that's vague
enough.) Beside getting the stuff to work properly, we need to do all
the formal government notification for the new encryption software. No
one in the group wants to go to federal prison, so taking some care with
that seems to be prudent, which doesn't speed things along.
