#16 [PATCH] man/zip.1: (USE::Command mode): order items alphabet

Here is a minor patch to lay out the manual page similarly as in
cp(1), mv(1), ssh(1) etc. Help and verbose options are at the end.

Option -v is commonly used for verbose and -V for version. To improve
interoperability, this patch also updes to use option -V.

VMS uses -V and we like to be consistent across ports and applications.
