#15 [PATCH] zipsplit.c: Use GNU convention to update -v to -V

Option -v is commonly used for verbose and -V for version; see
cp(1), mv(1), ssh(1) etc. To improve interoperability, this patch
suggest updating to use option -V.

    VMS uses -V and we like to be consistent across ports and applications.
