#63 Using Unzip to extract from archive paths containing true Unicode characters on Windows

Hello,

Does Infozip Unzip support extracting from archives containing true Unicode characters for the Windows dll build?

On the InfoZip home page it says for Unzip 6.0:

(Currently, on Windows the UTF-8 handling is limited to the character subset contained in the configured non-unicode "system code page".)

I'm using Unzip610b and I'm finding the above statement to be true via testing. But I can zip to Unicode paths no problem with zip31d with the Windows dll.

Please offer some advice. I hope there is a way to do the unzip of archives with non-ascii characters with Unzip in the Windows dll.

I read some other threads on this topic. It's not clear which path to take. I'm trying to handle archives with unicode characters regardless of the user's region.

The error from unzip is "the specified files were not found". The archive file has Á in the name.
