Not from us (yet). AES encryption is on the to-do list for Zip 3.1
and UnZip 6.1 I believe that it's being worked on, but I'm unaware of
any code which has escaped so far as the developer group, let alone a
real (generally available) beta kit.

Nothing is publicly available yet, but Zip version 3.1d (beta) and
UnZip version 6.1c (beta) are expected to offer WinZip-compatible AES
encryption capability. I can't offer any dates on the real beta
releases, but, if you still care, and are sufficiently desperate, we
could probably make some internal-development kits available. By
default, the UnZipSFX program includes only Traditional Zip encryption,
but it can be built with AES encryption capability. (That's true on
Unix(-like) and VMS systems. So far, no one has enhanced the Windows
Visual Studio builders to cope with the newer compression and encryption
methods, but the Unix builders should work in Cygwin and MinGW
environments.)
