#26 support for accented characters?

I noticed unicode support was to be added to unzip 6.0, however just checked unzip.exe 6.0 and it doesn't seem to support unpacking a zip which includes accented characters in the zips file name, or if one of the files inside the zip has an accented character like 'é'
