'spec' Structure: Spectrum, Acquisition, and Processing Information

The spectrum is stored in the 'spec' structure, in addition to all relevant acquisition and processing information. The user may also opt to store signal decay information in the ‘spec’ structure, but since this information is not obtained from the experimental data files, it is more typically stored in the ‘par’ structure. The following describes the fields so that the user may create the ‘spec’ structure, but it may also be quickly generated from Topspin files with the ‘getSpecBruker’ function.
