'fit0' Structure: Initial Fits and Controlling the Fit Variables

The ‘fit0’ variable is input to give the FitSpec program an initial guess for the spectrum fit, which will then be refined. By default, if ‘fit0’ is provided, FitSpec will use a fixed peak list. However, the user may override this by setting ‘par.add_peaks’ to a non-zero value. One may also provide various restrictions on how the fitting parameters may be changed by the program, including ranges and fixing of variables.
