Comment on schema via project's Open Discussion

The first task of the InfoML Tools project is to get comments from the developer community on the InfoML schema. The Open Discussion section of the project's forum now contains several topics that introduce you to the 0.7 schema, and more information is available at http://www.infoml.org.
