#2 can't make data

hi, I downloaded the package and compiled it (config,
make, install). I followed then the tutorial but I
really can't find the variables in the Makefile (btw,
which Makefile? the one in the main dir?) where to
specify the corpus name etc.
Also as I type "make data" I got a message like:

make: *** No rule to make target 'data'. Stop.

What am I doing wrong?

Best regards

This is really a bug in the documentation; the tutorial still
says that "make data" should be used.

Prominent notices have been added to the web version of the
docs saying not to use the tutorial. scott has also replied to
    Marco Piccolino Boniforti.
