Ah--if I recall correctly, this is sort of an old chestnut. I think you can resolve by putting a symlink somewhere. Can you send me the error output? I should also note, though, that Infomap has not been supported/updated in quite some time. You might want to take a look at the Semantic Vectors package: http://code.google.com/p/semanticvectors/ which has similar functionality but is more current.
