[infomap-nlp-users] Problems running Infomap

Good morning,
My name is Barbara Moeng, MSc student at University of Botswana, Computer Science department. I am currently working on a dissertation titled An Ontology based modelling for HIV/AIDS FAQ retrieval and as a result I am evaluating tools that can be used to construct or assist in constructing ontology automatically and semi-automatically. I would like to experiment with Infomap, building a model from the corpus but I am experiencing problems making Infomap work.

I get the following error message even though I have installed gdbm 1.8.3.
