[infomap-nlp-users] Building (Compiling) and Installing the Infomap Software

Hi,

I've downloaded the 'infomap-nlp-0.8.6.tar.gz' and trying to build and
compile infomap software.

I'm not able to build and  compile infomap and getting following

'configure' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
