Hi, I'm running Redhat Linux AS version 4 on and encountered the follow problem. infomap-build causes segmentation fault and crashed. I installed infomap on my laptop running fedora core 6, and I ran the infomap-build on the same set of data, there was no problem. I searched the infomap mailing list and found many people have posted the same problems, but there is no answers. The following lines document the problem, which is essentially the same thing many people have posted before. Please let me know if you have a wordaround or patched code that I can take advantage of. Thanks. $ uname -a Linux beast2.ldc.upenn.edu 2.6.9-5.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jan 5 19:29:47 EST 2005 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux $ infomap-build -s afe199605 afe199605 ... ... ... This is svdinterface.
