Hi Brodie, I've never seen anything like this before. What operating system are you using, and has anything changed with =20 it? I wonder it updates to timezones (unlikely) or default character =20 sets may have affected your "Locale" - whatever "Locale" means in =20 this context. If anyone on the list has a good idea of what "Locale" =20 means please chime in ... Have you tried running "./configure" again? Even if it doesn't solve =20 the problem, it might give us some more information about what's =20 wrong. I would try that and send the output of the configure routine =20 if it doesn't work.
