Is this the output from running "./configure"? I would expect headers  
like "stdint.h" to come with gcc (I might be wrong). Did your  
configure script find the gcc compiler successfully?

It would help if you were to send the whole output from "./configure"  
appended if you reply to this message.

We recently added the Perl/CGI tools that you can use to set up a web  
interface. However, you need to check them out from the CVS  
repository, they're not part of the standard distribution, because  
they aren't very portable at all yet - you'll have to figure out  
pathnames, etc. The first time we added these people were having  
trouble getting them from CVS, though I think that was to do with the  
SourceForge CVS upgrade since it seems to have been working since.

The Infomap software compiles under Windows using Cygwin (this has  
generally worked pretty reliably). There is a Windows front end that  
another contributor on the list made and kindly shared with other  
users - I'll try and find it in the archive at some point though I  
have to run now ;-)
