Dear Grace,
Could you confirm where you got to with the infomap-build process? In
particular, if you got as far as the svd interface, it should be the case
that the initial tokenization and counting of the sparse word vectors took
place sucessfully. To check this, have a llok in your working directory
(is that $INFOMAP_WORKING_DIR/test?). You should have a wordlist file
"wordlist" and a dictionary file "dic". If not, then the problem is
upstream, if so, then the problem is downstream.
Have a look and let me know - feel free to send more of the transcript if
there is any.
