#132 bug with protected content type

There's a bug on content types when we create new contents in content folder.

When creating new contents in a content folder, if we forget to fill the content name, and save, we come back to the same page asking us to fill the content name. There's a bug on this page : we can select all the content types we have created(although we specified some "Allowed content type names" in content folder)
