This turns the idea of a WiFi Capture Portal from a nefarious purpose to a positive, community information system! I'd love to get some help building this idea out into something truly awesome, so feel free to contribute, especially if you can do better frontend than I have here or add more features like creating a mesh network to enhance the range, etc. You're also welcome to add more resources for information sharing, template HTML files, etc.
