#1 Family/Self Editing Feature

This patch allows any active account (logged in) to
edit their own record, as well as any record for an
associated family member.

Apply with:

patch -p0 -F3 -i familyedit.diff --dry-run

and if it reports no conflicts, remove the '--dry-run'
to apply the changes.
