Initial Comment:
I collect all changes on unique patch.

Patch feature:

1) New seen, catch join,part,quit,nick,kick,say and
make a scan when the bot join to a channel. Also the
system is capable to purge old entry at boot and a
limited search with wilcard.

2) Search now use wilcard.

3) Security patch... whit some usermask someone with
fake ident and nick are capable to make factoid
changes, leave and join of channel.

Now, each user with some privilege must autentify whit
password... look also the expire function in myroutines.

This patch has been closed for the following reason:

Blootbot, originally a fork of infobot, has renamed itself back
to infobot. As a result, all patches related to infobot are
being closed.

You are encouraged to redownload infobot from SVN and check if
the original patch that you submitted still applies. If it does,
please feel free to resumbit the patch.
