Most source files are not commented at all.
Other files aren't commented sufficiently.

Perl is a powerful language, but without comments, it's not really readable by humans.

This bug has been closed for the following reason:

Blootbot, originally a fork of infobot, has renamed itself back
to infobot. As a result, all bug reports related to infobot are
being closed.

You are encouraged to redownload infobot from SVN and check if
the original bug that you submitted still applies. If it does,
please feel free to resumbit the bug report.
