#4 factoid doesn't accept special chars (utf8)

Hi,

it seems that utf8 is'nt supported:

<Derevko> baja: chiedere is non serve chiedere il permesso per fare una domanda, fai la domanda e basta, chi sa la risposta e ha tempo, risponderà
<baja> Derevko: i'm not going to learn illegal characters

Illegal character should be 'à'

At the present time, the bot isn't setup to handle unicode/utf8 factoids. Perhaps at a later date. I have marked this as a feature request for now.
