#8 SMA Bad NodeDescription

The issue is that the SMA copies 64 bytes from
hostname of size 32 bytes into a buffer of 64 for
returning the node description to SMI NodeDesc
queries. The garbage data (not to mention illegal access
by the SMA) cause subsequent SA queries based on
hostname (to match node description) to fail resulting in
initialization issues for the VIPL library.
